At Search International Career Transition (SICT), we are committed to providing the best career transition / outplacement service possible for senior executives. This means providing support for departing senior executives on an individual basis in a manner geared to be responsive to their dignity and career goals. Our program has been designed to comfort, motivate, nurture and guide participants.
We realise that departure from an organisation, whether one person or many, is carefully scrutinised by those that remain. A well-managed career transition or outplacement service preserves organisational focus. It also sends an important message of your organisation's attitude of responsibility and trust toward all of its employees at all levels. The objective is to ensure that productivity and morale is maintained at a high level.
The actual final date of work should be clear as well as any exit benefits, and exit procedures. Capabilities
SICT provides the following specific capabilities for participants. We also extend ongoing services to support the participants job search prior to and well after the workshop and individual consultations.
Simply teaching job search skills is not enough in today's competitive employment market. SICT takes the lead in working with the participant to identify available employment opportunities. Opening doors and identifying currently available employment opportunities in an expedient manner is our top priority and each program is tailor made for the specific individual. Our program differs from traditional career transition in that SICT will also "market" the participant to perspective employers in a professional and confidential manner.
